The Shri Ram Wonder Years organised this Dussehra event at Cleo School Building, Sector-121, Noida. – Bhalla Papdi – Soft, spongy bhallas paired with crunchy papdis, drizzled with yogurt and chutneys.
– Paan Ladoo – A sweet, aromatic treat made with paan (betel leaf) and sugar, offering a unique flavour.
– Live Counter for Imarti – A traditional sweet dish made from urad dal, deep-fried in a unique shape and drizzled with sugar syrup, prepared live at the event to add a special touch.
Vrat Ka Khana: Traditional and Nutritious Navratri Fare
We also offered a special selection of Vrat ka Khana, following the fasting traditions observed during Navratri. Our menu for the occasion featured the following dishes:
– Samak Rice Dhokla with Green Chutney – A soft, spongy steamed cake made from samak rice (a fasting grain), served with a fresh, zesty green chutney.
– Sabudana Vada with Green Chutney – A crispy fritter made from tapioca pearls (sabudana) and mashed potatoes, perfect for a filling meal during fasting.
